Terms
By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. No other terms shall apply except as agreed in writing signed by us. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and reject orders.

Prices
Prices, title and risk of loss are F.O.B. our warehouse. Prices don't include taxes or shipment and may be changed without notice.

Payment
On established accounts, payment due within 15 days of shipment. Orders made by firms applying for credit will not be processed until RPP Containers has completed its credit review. Buyer may expedite order while RPP Containers completes established account status, by making payment by credit card at the time of order placement.

Returns/Damaged Goods
Buyer should thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. If damage has occurred, buyer should note the extent of the damage on the freight bill and call RPP Containers immediately

Limited Warranty

Used Products
RPP Containers warrants its used products for proper fit, form and function for a period of one year from the date of shipment by RPP Containers. This warranty does not include cosmetic imperfections. If within this period any such product is proved to be defective in functionality, such product shall be repaired or replaced.

New Products
RPP Containers warrants its new products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of shipment by RPP Containers. If within this period any such product is proved to be defective, such product shall be repaired or replaced.

All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.
